Life Uncommon is a dynamic strengths based program offering a comprehensive range of services for addressing both substance abuse and mental health disorders. We believe that addicts, alcoholics, and those struggling with mental health are extraordinary individuals possessing limitless potential. Our Strengths Overcome Struggle Program has been developed to help those we serve harness and develop their strengths in order to sustain long term recovery following successful completion of treatment in residential or partial hospitalization programs.
Life Uncommon’s primary purpose and mission is to help those who have already achieved abstinence to transition from Successfully Sober to Sober and Successful™.

Do I have a disorder?

Often family & friends don’t know how to help. The NCADD provides resources for everyone.
What is a day like?
Every client has individualized case management, so everyones’ day can look different. But for many, a day might look similar to this:
8:00am – Arrive at Life Uncommon, coffee, skills development check-in
8:30am – Individual therapy session
9:30am – Education or process group
11:00am – Individual skills development training
12:30pm – Client open workstation time for resumés, job searches, planning and housing
Hours may vary based on client needs and work or school schedule.
